MBW Company provides both 24-hour supervision, support, and training to people sharing a home in the community, and also provides support services on an as needed, hourly, basis to individuals in their private homes.
In West Central Minnesota Since 1998
Assisted living designed to support those who have experienced a Brain Injury and need assistance in maintaining independence. Supported by colocated MBW Company Adult Day Services where therapy and behavior supports can be provided.
In Northern Minnesota Since 2018
The primary goal of our program is to provide and facilitate the best possible living situation for each individual we serve. We achieve this by meeting their needs for a home where emotional, spiritual, and physical needs are fully met. We also provide support services on an as needed, hourly, basis to individuals in their own private homes.

Whats in a Name ? Inklusive Properties, spelled with our New Ulm, MN German heritage in mind, was developed to provide inclusive environments for all. Particiularly for individuals with disabilities who often miss out on housing opportunities given the complexity of their needs or situation.
